Quit Smoking Programs |
Quitting smoking can be very difficult. Far more difficult, though, can be choosing just how to quit. There are so many things out there, from nicotine gum and patches, to various pills that supposedly suppress your urge to smoke, to various mental techniques...all of which take time. A lot of time.
Good thing is, you can pick up one of these programs and drop the habit right now instead of having to wait for a doctor’s appointment or a trip to the pharmacy. You can quit right here, right now, before you leave the computer!
It’s important to remember that the longer you put off quitting, the harder it will be. Putting it off reinforces a subconscious fear that makes it increasingly difficult to actually go through with it, so don’t wait or set quit dates or any of that nonsense!
